Season 1, Episode 5 I'm going to rock the boat, so hold on! Recently I was triggered when I'd heard a former colleague of mine sexually assaulted a subordinate Airman. It brought so many emotions to the surface that I'd buried deep. Given I was sexually harassed and gender discriminated more times than I care to admit while serving in the Air Force, and I did nothing about, I felt it was time I say something now! This episode is raw, tough and challenging, but I think it's necessary. I, or rather we collectively, need to be open about our experiences so others who suffer silently may feel free to unburden themselves. By sharing these closeted stories, we bring to light just how deep and dark this issue goes. If we don't acknowledge the problem, how can we find a solution? Let's get it out there and share EVERYTHING.
